During my education and as a freelance product engineer, I worked on several design/engineering projects for different companies.

VERCOMA - TRANSFORMERS

Vercoma is a company specialized in creating attractions for theme parks. The project for Vercoma was to create an innovative attraction based on a movie. Our team chose Transformers as theme for this project.

This was a project with Industrial product design students and electrical engineering students.

It was a good learning process for calculating strengths, stiffness and the required power for the attraction.

EASYLIVING PR. - SHOWER SEAT

EasyLiving Products is specialized in independence aids for people with a disability.

For their assortment they wanted a new shower seat that is made of/consists of separate parts.

For example, people that do not need the extra support of the armrests and backrest they can only buy the sitting seat. This will be a cheaper solution than buying the complete set.
They can always buy the armrests or backrest separately in a later stage if they want to add it to the existing seat.

VERKERK GROEP - ALARMKNOP

The Verkerk Groep is a modern, innovative and versatile electrical engineering installation company that specializes in providing electrical engineering services. The project was to re-design the existing alarm button that overcome the existing problems.

For this project I have designed the alarm button for multiple purposes. You can use the alarm button as a necklace or as a wristband. This gives the customer a possibility to choose. Also, I have solved the problem of accidently alarming by using recessed buttons.

BABYZOO - WALL DECOR LIGHT

The project was to design a décor wall light for babyzoo. Babyzoo is a brand of unlimited innovation. This was a exciting project starting from an idea till production.

The easy-to-install wall light is your child’s best friend during the day and the night. The light is easily placed in a beautiful setting of wall decals. An auto shut-off function is included, bringing the child 20-minutes of soft-glowing comfort while falling asleep.

MIFFY - STARLIGHT PROJECTOR

Unlimited Innovation had the assignment to design a starlight projector of the original Miffy. My contribution to the development was starting from an idea to final productions.

The Musical projector is a decorative accessory that is ideal for children who have difficulty falling asleep or fear of darkness. A colorful, starry night is projected on the ceiling and wall, while playing through three lullabies. A touch of the hand changes the color of the stars from red to blue or green.

JAHGOO - WEEPOT

During my Internship at Unlimited Innovation I had a project to design a urinal for boys. This was a good learning process to develop my modelling skills even further by drawing lots of organic shapes.

It is a fun and easy to use boy urinal that can be used anywhere since it is easy to fix to any wall. You don’t need to drill, just stick it. It is easy to clean! Just unhook it, rinse it out and place it back on the suction hook. A super stylish design, cool for boys, attractive for parents!
